Feel so fortunate to have found Helen @ Artsy. I was really in a bind for V day since I  was let down by my regular florist (over promised, under delivered) the day before the holiday. I spoke to Asiya on the phone and gave her my wishes and specifics and she and Helen nailed it. Couldn't be happier with the quality, efficiency and creativity, beside THEY LISTENED!

I placed an order online for a Christmas tree 2 days ago. This was a holiday gift to one of my closest friends. Prior to placing the order online, I spoke with the owner, Helen. She was thoughtful, kind, polite and professional. I fact when I asked if I could place my order with her, she advised that I should place the order online to qualify for free delivery.
    My friend was beyond delighted with the tree. I believe that Artsy is a well kept secret, although it's been in business for over 20 years. I highly recommend this wonderful florist for all of your floral needs! Thank you Helen. NYC needs more merchants like you.

Trying to order flowers from 3000 miles away is always a crap shoot. Through YELP, I discovered Artsy Flora Floral Boutique and the very wonderful Helen. Told her what I wanted and she immediately got it. Flowers were delivered in no time flat and the result, according to pals who saw them, was amazingly great. I lived in NYC for years but had not encountered this shop. I now have a regular GO TO Florist in New York. Thanks, Helen.

ArtsyFlora is simply the best!  It can be a challenge to order flowers from across the country. Their website was easy to navigate and the bouquet they delivered was even prettier than the photo on line. Our daughter was thrilled with her bouquet.

When I needed to send flowers this morning for the birthday of a friend who lives on the Upper East Side, I called Helen at Artsy Flora Floral Boutique. I knew I was in good hands with her based on the other reviews, and my experience didn't disappoint. Helen was quick, efficient, and warm. In the words of my friend who received the flowers: "Thank you for the fabulous floral arrangement. It is truly spectacular, and smells even better than it looks...the scent is filling my apartment." She even sent us the accompanying photo because she wanted me to know how "fabulous" they looked. Thank you, Helen!!
